ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

  • What does rent include?
    Rent includes the apartment, parking, water, sewer, sanitation, and high-speed internet. Electric is not included.
  • How much is the Security Deposit and when is it due?
    The security deposit is $375 and is due within 30 days of signing your lease.
  • Do you offer short-term leases?
    Yes! Flexible leasing options are available upon request. Contact us for more information.
  • Are you pet-friendly?
    Yes, we welcome your fury family members. There is a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet upon signing a lease and a $30 per month per pet charge. There is 2 pet maximum per apartment. Some restrictions may apply, so please contact us for more details.
  • Can I fill out an application online?
    You can access the online application by clicking here or the “Apply Now” link at the top of every page.
  • What are the benefits of living off-campus at College Corners on High?
    By living at College Corners on High, you can save thousands of dollars per year as compared to living on campus! Additionally, as we are just steps away from Longwood University, by living at College Corners, you won't have to sacrifice the convenience and community engagement of true on-campus living.
  • Once I recieve the lease to sign, how long do I have to decide?
    All apartments are first come, first served. When you submit a completed application, we will send you a lease to sign. You will then have 72 hours to finalize the lease.
  • Is parking available?
    College Corners offers a reserved parking space for each resident either in our private parking lots or on the street.
