Yes, we welcome your fury family members. There is a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet upon signing a lease and a $30 per month per pet charge. There is 2 pet maximum per apartment. Some restrictions may apply, so please contact us for more details.

All apartments are first come, first served. When you submit a completed application, we will send you a lease to sign. You will then have 72 hours to finalize the lease.

College Corners offers a reserved parking space for each resident either in our private parking lots or on the street.
