Yes, we welcome your fury family members. There is a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet upon signing a lease and a $30 per month per pet charge. There is 2 pet maximum per apartment. Some restrictions may apply, so please contact us for more details.

Additionally, as we are just steps away from Longwood University, by living at College Corners, you won't have to sacrifice the convenience and community engagement of true on-campus living.

Once I recieve the lease to sign, how long do I have to decide?

All apartments are first come, first served. When you submit a completed application, we will send you a lease to sign. You will then have 72 hours to finalize the lease.
